When our work with Cherre began in 2018, the company was transitioning from an early real estate research product into a much more ambitious data platform

Defined a new branding presence
With the executive team we redefined the company's brand identity. The biggest challenge was embracing the selected primary brand color and converting it into a distinctive choice that defies convention in both the Hi-Tech and Real Estate industries.
As a result, we created a brand that stands out in a traditionally conservative market.
The new Property Search feature
During 2020-22 we redefined the property search experience bringing critical information together in one place. The new platform allows brokers and other users to quickly locate properties, access historical records, uncover insights that support faster, more informed decisions.
Automated Data Management Platform
We combined these new capabilities into a comprehensive Data Intelligence platform.
Connected Experience
Centralized intelligence and research workflows helped users move from data collection to confident decision-making within a connected experience.

Easy import experience allows to upload property data in multiple formats while maintaining control over mapped and structured data.
